Flash Flooding

Water brought into this home was caused by a flash flood. The water soaked below the wooden flooring. As you can observe in the before photo there are many dark spots on the wooden flooring. These dark spots are due to the water settling and soaking into the wooden flooring. The water had spread through out the home. After the home owners contacted SERVPRO our team responded immediately. The home owners were pleased with just how fast our SERVPRO team arrived at their home. Our team worked throughout the night to extract the standing water, so the home owners could sleep well that night.

Our team reported out continuously to remove and replace all permanently damaged flooring with new, modern flooring the home owners picked themselves.
