Water Damaged Ceiling in Condo Bathroom Restored

Water damage due to a burst pipe in a unit above this condo. The bathroom ceiling, walls, closet, and hallway were all affected by the water. As you can see, the bathroom ceiling was greatly affected. The ceiling bubbled, and completely soaked materials began to hang and fall off of the ceiling. SERVPRO came and assessed all damages. Our team inspected the home using moisture meters and moisture imaging cameras to find all damage with in the home. We then assessed the damages, tore out the ceiling and replaced the damaged areas. As observed in the after photo all damages were restored, leaving the bathroom looking brand new.
