Weather Causes Water Damage in Local Payless Shoe Store

Weather caused dramatic water damage in this local Waipahu Payless store. The water came into the building from a flash flood. It then filled the floor, causing the entire bottom level to become saturated with water, even collecting in puddles. Our SERVPRO team reported onsite same day, and extracted the water. We played dehumidifiers, and fans to dry the carpeting. We also tested the walls, and found where further water damage had affected the walls and completed the restoration process. Payless was pleased with the flexibility and timely manner of SERVPRO and our employees and were overly satisfied with the results.
